Role description
Responsibilities

Servant Leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART)
Enable the successful facilitation of ART events and processes by assisting teams in delivering value along with strategizing and communicating the resulting change management impact:
- Help with ART identification, creating, and launch
- Guide, coach, and ensure the successful facilitation of PI Planning and Preparation
- Alignment of Tools & Reporting Practices
- Mentor RTE to improve coaching to Program and Team members in their specific role including leaders
- Assist in documenting and tracking the execution of features and capabilities
- Guide, coach, ensure the successful facilitation of Inspect and Adapt Events and System Demo
- Guide, coach, ensure the successful PI Dashboard & reporting in ADO and to leadership
- Help manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
- Provide strategies and approaches to ensure effective collaboration between teams and help ensure the strategy and execution alignment
- Communication flow of value, PI progress, PI Objectives, roadmaps, and SAFE adoption & maturity
