Position: Head of Sales & Marketing

Experience Required: 5-10 years

Salary Package: ?70,000 - ?90,000 (based on experience)

Age Limit: Below 40 years

Gender: Male candidates only

Note: Candidates with Gulf experience will not be considered

Qualification: MBA (Marketing or related)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead and drive our strategies at TAPCO Build ware India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing a sales team, and expanding our market presence--especially through digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other social media.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

Handle all social media marketing: content creation, posting, engagement & campaign analysis

Drive online and offline promotions for product awareness and lead generation

Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets

Identify new business opportunities in the Indian market

Maintain strong brand presence across digital platforms
