Responsibilities

Assist in the gathering and analysis of business reporting requirements from various stakeholders. Support the design and development of SAC stories, dashboards, and visualizations (using SAC BI, Planning, and Predictive scenarios). Collaborate with SAP backend teams (BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, BW, ECC, Datasphere etc.) for data modelling and data connectivity. Build and maintain data models within SAP SAC (Live Data Connection and Import Models). Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support and troubleshoot SAC-related issues. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and provide end-user training/support. Learn and apply SAC best practices related to UI/UX, performance optimisation and data security. Stay up to date on the latest SAC features, roadmap, and industry analytics trends. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation. Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Primary Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of experience in SAC Hands-on experience in SAC and ability to demonstrate the SAC reporting functionalities to business users Hands-on experience with a minimum of one end-to-end SAC implementation project Experience with integration to other SAP modules like BW, Power Platforms Certification in SAC, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus Fluent in English (both spoken and written
