  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Merchant onboard for payment gateway for gaming industry .
  • Lead zonal sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Report to the CBO.
Job Requirements
  • Overall experience of minimum 10+ years in software solution selling.
  • 5+ years' experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions will be highly preferable.
  • Experience in creating and managing channel sales.
  • Experience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.
  • Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.
  • Experience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel all over the assigned territory.
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Language preference English, Hindi, and one local language.
