Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company for the future and is leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to contribute to solving global agricultural challenges. We have a worldwide presence with sales teams in ~150 countries and around 17,000 employees.

Drawing on over a century of crop nutrition experience, Yara established the Digital Farming unit - now Digital Ag Solutions (DAS) - 4 years ago to explore how technology could be used to impact farmer livelihoods and productivity. Today, DAS has built products for smallholder and professional farmers, retailers and other farming ecosystem stakeholders across Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support the SaaS tooling ecosystem of the unit. Working on requests and incidents received in the SaaSOps team for supported applications within ServiceNow.
• Managing and configuring Azure AD Enterprise Applications. Working with Yara Digital Technology to enable SAML/SCIM where possible on SaaS Apps within DAS.
• Working with the Security and Data Privacy teams to make sure best practices are being applied in all SaaS tools in the DAS SaaS Ecosystem.
• Identify under-or-misused resources to reduce waste in cost or time management.
• Assist in developing, constructing, testing, and delivering innovative solutions which eliminate pain points for IT & the business.
• Working on different projects (e.g. migrations, onboarding/offboarding new SaaS apps, data security audits, user engagement, etc..) within DAS and Yara Digital Technology for the SaaSOps team.

Profile

• Past experience supporting SaaS tooling solutions or similar experience within an IT/Application support team.
• Project Management skills.
• Experience working on multiple support requests/incidents/projects at the same time.
• Can be from start-ups who used to handle everything all at once type.
• Self motivated who can work with little guidance.
