Responsibilities: What You'll Do



Drive Revenue Growth:

Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Manage the Sales Funnel:

Own and nurture the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract closure, using industry-leading CRM platforms like

HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho

.

Conduct Discovery & Demos:

Schedule and lead compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations with key decision-makers to showcase our solutions and convert prospects into paying customers.

Generate Strategic Growth:

Research market trends and identify high-value opportunities within the

SaaS and IT sectors

.

Collaborate & Optimize:

Work closely with our business development and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

Exceed Targets:

Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

Qualifications: What You'll Bring



Experience:

At least one year of professional experience in

Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Generation

, preferably within the

software sales

or technology industry.

SaaS Sales Expertise:

A solid understanding of the

SaaS industry

and B2B sales cycles.

CRM Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a significant plus.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Mindset:

A self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious attitude with a desire to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
