Key Responsibilities:
Research and connect with qualified prospects across Canada and the US via email, calls, and networking platforms
Conduct sales calls and virtual demos with HR and finance professionals to showcase the Payroll Robot platform
Apply persuasive sales tactics and negotiation skills to close new business deals and onboard clients
Customize outreach and product positioning based on prospect's industry, pain points, and goals
Nurture leads through the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and tailored communication
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and share market feedback
Maintain accurate records in CRM, reporting on pipeline progress and forecasted revenue
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in SaaS B2B sales, ideally within payroll, HR tech, or fintech sectors
Proven success in outbound sales and closing deals in North American markets
Fluent in spoken and written English with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
