About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling cloud-based software solutions, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and driving revenue growth through strategic relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for the company's SaaS products.
Conduct consultative sales discussions with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and align them with the product's capabilities.
Prepare and deliver compelling demos, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals efficiently.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or IT product sales (voice, CRM, ERP, cloud, or communication platforms preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in SaaS sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, subscription models, and pricing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
Preferred Qualities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify business opportunities.
Experience selling to international clients (preferred).
