We are seeking a dynamic
Sales Executive
with 1-3 years of experience in the
payments, fintech, banking, or forex industry
. The ideal candidate will sell
cross-border payment solutions
,
multi-currency accounts
,
payment gateways
, and
compliance products
to D2C exporters and B2B exporters. This is an
individual contributor role
focused on driving new customer acquisition and closing deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and position suitable solutions (FX, remittance, multi-currency accounts, global payouts, payment gateway).
Pitch, demo, and explain product features like FX rates, settlement cycles, compliance requirements, and integration processes.
Acquire and convert
D2C exporters
(selling on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and
B2B exporters
.
Manage the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to closure--using CRM tools.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Collaborate with product, compliance, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in
sales/business development
in payments, fintech, banking, or forex.
Strong understanding of
cross-border payments
, payment gateways, and alternative payment methods.
Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
