Adam Labs is building Dooza Desk, an AI-first customer experience (CX) platform that replaces seat-based, legacy helpdesks with automation-first workflows.

We focus on AI that actually does work: resolving tickets, triggering workflows, integrating with tools like Shopify or CRMs, and cutting support workload instead of just adding another inbox. Dooza Desk is designed for teams that want faster responses, lower support cost, and simpler operations without enterprise bloat.

The goal: let small and mid-sized businesses deliver Zendesk-level CX with a lean team powered by AI.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote SaaS sales role focused on selling Dooza Desk to agencies, e-commerce brands, and SMBs that are frustrated with current CX tools.

You will:

Hunt and close new accounts. Turn warm interest from agencies, freelancers, and CX implementers into paying customers. Understand how they currently use tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Tidio, Gorgias, etc., and position Dooza Desk as the AI-first alternative. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, handling objections, and closing.
You will be directly responsible for revenue growth and adoption in the early stage of the product.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and target ideal customers (agencies, CX consultants, e-com brands, SaaS startups using existing helpdesks). Build and manage a pipeline using outbound (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach) and inbound leads. Run clear, simple demos focused on concrete outcomes: fewer tickets, faster replies, reduced support cost. Understand each prospect's current stack (Zendesk/Intercom/Tidio/etc.) and highlight gaps Dooza Desk solves. Work with the founder and product team to feed back real customer objections, requested integrations, and pricing signals. Track and report key metrics: meetings booked, opportunities created, conversion rates, MRR closed. Maintain high-quality follow-ups, keep CRM data clean, and drive deals to a clear yes/no instead of letting them stall. Support onboarding of newly closed customers in the early phase to ensure they get to first value quickly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or account executive roles. Strong lead generation skills: can find, qualify, and engage decision-makers without hand-holding. Clear, direct communicator in writing and calls; can explain technical products in simple business language. Experience selling B2B software to SMBs or mid-market teams. Comfortable running your own pipeline and working independently in a remote environment. Basic understanding of customer support tools (helpdesks, live chat, chatbots) or CX workflows. Analytical enough to use metrics and feedback to adjust your approach.

Bonus / Nice to Have

Experience with CX tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Tidio, Gorgias, or similar. Experience selling AI products or automation tools. Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or implementation partners. Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or support-heavy businesses.
This role is for someone who wants to be early in a product, own revenue, and help take an AI-first CX platform from zero to scale.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
