We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of proven experience in selling SaaS products, engaging prospects, understanding customer pain points, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, research, and engage potential customers across target markets using various channels such as LinkedIn, outbound email, calls, events, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads effectively by understanding customer needs, evaluating fit, and determining readiness to buy.
Sales Execution
  • Conduct high-quality product demos to illustrate product value, features, and ROI tailored to each prospect's use case.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to negotiation to closure, ensuring a smooth handoff to the onboarding or customer success team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Craft compelling proposals, commercial offers, and pricing plans that align with customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers through consistent communication and deep understanding of their business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights, best practices, and relevant product recommendations.
  • Maintain updated records of all sales activities, interactions, and communication in CRM tools.
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and enhance the customer journey.
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer conversations and market needs.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks, scripts, and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, inside sales, business development, or account executive roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription cycles, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills-ability to simplify complex products for decision-makers.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, persistence, and a growth mindset with a passion for learning and improvement.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience selling to global markets (US/EU/APAC) is a plus.
  • Exposure to outbound sales environments or SDR-to-AE transition backgrounds.
  • Understanding of B2B sales, product demos, and consultative selling frameworks.
