We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven

Field Sales Executive

to promote and sell our

SaaS-based IT products

in the Madurai region. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, confident in direct client interactions, and capable of closing deals with small to mid-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential clients (retailers, SMEs, institutions) to pitch SaaS-based software solutions. Understand client requirements and present appropriate software demos. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business. Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper records of visits, interactions, and sales pipelines. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams for customer feedback and market trends. Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and coordination for support after sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.E. or relevant preferred). 0-5 years of field sales experience (experience in software or IT product sales is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within and around Madurai. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner. Basic understanding of SaaS/software tools. Proficiency in Tamil and basic English.

Pay: ?10,575.28 - ?40,000.62 per month
