Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile SaaS Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our SaaS product. This role involves conducting market research, prospecting and outreach, creating compelling marketing materials, managing social media channels, and executing strategies to promote our product to target audiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a blend of analytical, creative, and communication skills, capable of handling end-to-end marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Use data to segment markets and refine targeting. Prospect Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, or other channels to build relationships, qualify prospects, and nurture them through the sales funnel. Marketing Materials Creation: Design and produce high-quality content such as product brochures, email campaigns, landing pages, infographics, and promotional collateral to effectively communicate product value. Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Develop content calendars, post engaging updates, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach. SaaS Product Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to our SaaS offering, including positioning, messaging, and campaigns aimed at user acquisition, retention, and upselling. Brand Awareness Initiatives: Launch awareness-building efforts such as webinars, blog posts, partnerships, or events to educate audiences about our product and establish thought leadership. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar; report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent branding.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital products. Proven track record in market research, lead generation, and content creation. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for design and storytelling. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote or hybrid setting.

Preferred Skills



Experience with SEO/SEM, paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), or A/B testing. Familiarity with SaaS metrics like churn rate, MRR, and customer lifetime value. Creative flair for visual content and copywriting. Knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing and social media algorithms.
