Job Description

What you'll do:



-Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for multiple AI products.

-Identify target customers, ideal sales channels, and pricing strategies.

-Contribute to marketing, sales, and demand generation efforts, working with internal teams and external agencies.

-Set up customer success processes to drive adoption and retention.

-Leverage AI and automation to improve sales and marketing efficiency.

-Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to refine offerings.

-Build strategic partnerships to expand reach and accelerate growth.

-Establish scalable processes and systems to track and drive revenue growth.

What We're Looking For:



-2+ years of experience in GTM, Growth, or Sales Leadership, preferably in AI or SaaS.

-Proven track record of taking software or AI products from launch to scale (ideally scaling to at least $1M+ ARR).

-Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

-Experience in both inbound (marketing-driven) and outbound (sales-driven) strategies.

-Hands-on experience using AI and automation in sales or marketing.

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹165,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

AI/ SaaS sales: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
