Powered by our purpose the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Procurement OperationsLead Procurement Operations activities for Indirect Spend Categories, Invoice resolution, Vendor Master Management and PR-PO process automations for Genpact Client across all Geographical RegionsResponsibilitiesResponsible for deliveries of Client account as per MSA/SOWDrive various management project projects across the accountsMentor people and increase Employee EngagementResponsible for the completion of all pre-contract sourcing solution activitiesDrive contractual and realized savings for the client according to the client engagement commercialsEnsure success against all contractual commitments at a category level (strategic and tactical).Responsible to understand and achieve category deliverables, savings commitments, milestones and obligations, and establish a project plan to meet each.Develop client category strategy, baseline, and market intelligence documents, category management approach per the 5 step sourcing process.Develop combined category sourcing strategy (tactical and strategic) to deliver savingsMust have in-depth knowledge of a global strategy within a large corporation and be able to drive and identify additional opportunities with client resulting in additional scope.Smooth execution of the PR to PO process for Indirect CategoriesManaging the Invoice resolution process for the root cause identification and process improvementsVendor Master process ManagementPR PO process automations (RPAs etc)Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsExcellent Verbal and Written Communication SkillsStakeholder Management Should have experience in managing, process owners and variousShould have championed Transactional Procurement involving Req- PO, Invoice Resolution, Vendor Master Management, Sourcing ComplianceProficient Understanding of Indirect Spend Categories like MRO, IT & Telecom, Facilities, Purchased Services & their Buying PatternsStrong Customer Centric focus with xe2x80x98CAN-DO attitudeProficiency in Analytical & Presentation SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Negotiation SkillsProactive & Persuasive Relationship with Client StakeholdersHands on experience in Indirect and Direct Spend CategoriesProficiency in creation and management of RFI / RFP / RFQsPreferred qualificationsShould have a minimum years of procurement experience, especially in the Manufacturing SectorShould possess a strong personality and have an analytical bent of mindPreferable to have a fair knowledge of industrial commoditiesShould possess good interpersonal skills and must be a team playerBasic understanding of Sourcing & Procurement processes in Manufacturing industry.
