Key Responsibilities
Teach
Russian language
to students at beginner and intermediate levels.
Plan and deliver
interactive offline classes
with focus on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Prepare students for
international exams
, interviews, and professional use of Russian language.
Create lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and track student progress.
Maintain a positive learning environment and use modern teaching methodologies.
Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and high-quality training standards at IIFL.
Skills & Requirements
Strong command over
Russian language
(Native/Fluent/Certified).
Graduation in any field (Language certification preferred).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to handle offline classes confidently.
Passion for teaching and student development.
Prior experience in language training is an advantage.
