We are looking to hire a sales executive who can help in providing customers with a customized smart home solution. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of smart home technology and the ability to effectively communicate its benefits to potential customers.The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, establishing strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our smart home mobile application and solutions.2. Stay updated on industry trends,products, and emerging technologies in the smart home space.3. Pay attention to customer requirements and provide appropriate smart home solution to actualise the sale.4. Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. 5. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.6. Responsible for defining and ensuring adoption of best-in- class sales processes.7. Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. 8. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers. 9. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our smart home solutions. 10. Negotiate with customer to ensure closure of sales deals, adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a B2C environment is mandatory, preferably in the real estate industry. - Bachelor\'s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
