We are seeking a reliable and efficient

Runner Boy

with prior experience in the

shipping/logistics industry

to join our team in

Chennai

. The candidate will be responsible for handling document-related tasks, running errands to ports, CFS, shipping lines, and government offices, and ensuring timely submission and collection of important paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and deliver shipping documents to ports, CFS, shipping lines, CHA, customs, and other related locations. Submit and collect documents from various authorities including Customs, DGFT, Port Trust, etc. Ensure all documents are handled carefully and reach their destination within stipulated timelines. Assist with day-to-day administrative support when required. Maintain proper records of all document submissions and receipts. Coordinate with the internal team for document dispatch and collection schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of relevant experience

in a shipping/logistics company (Mandatory). Good knowledge of port/custom office locations in Chennai. Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred). Basic understanding of shipping and export-import documentation. Honest, punctual, and responsible individual. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic communication skills in English or Tamil.

Salary:

?20000 - ?30000 per month (Depending on experience)

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
