As a Rug Designer, you\'ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our team and bring unique visions to life. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Rug Designer. The Rug Designer will be responsible for developing custom rug designs that embody the client\'s vision and reflect the Rug Artisan brand aesthetic. The Rug Designer will work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their unique needs and propose design ideas that surpass their expectations. The Rug Designer will also collaborate with the production team to ensure that the designs are executed to perfection. Qualifications Extensive experience in rug design and/or fine arts Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and NedGraphics Demonstrated ability to interpret a client\'s needs and translate them into creative designs that surpass their expectations Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams Strong attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality Experience in the interior design industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Textile Design, or a related field
