Scalable, client-focused digital products for businesses worldwideJob OverviewWe're hiring a tech-aware Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, pitch our IT services, and manage client communications from first contact to conversion. This role requires working in a rotational night shift to cater to international clients (mainly US and UK).Roles & Responsibilities1. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling2. Understand and explain IT services like websites, mobile apps, CRM, ERP, etc.3. Conduct initial discovery calls, client follow-ups, and demo scheduling4. Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and pricing documents5. Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM tools6. Meet monthly lead and conversion targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications1. 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Sales / Inside Sales / Pre-Sales2. Basic technical understanding of web/mobile technologies, APIs, and CRMs3. Strong verbal and written communication skills4. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms5. Graduate (preferably B.Tech/BCA/MCA or any background with good IT exposure)6. Willingness to work in rotational night shiftsGood to Have1.
