Job Description

:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Ruby on Rails (ROR) Developer

with a strong technical background and leadership mindset. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one functional area, with solid hands-on development skills and a commitment to quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as SME in at least one functional module of the system or service Take ownership of design and code quality in the assigned service Maintain a

say/do ratio of >95%

in project execution Conduct and enforce

code reviews and maintain test coverage

Mentor and assist junior developers Ensure

no regressions

in the owned modules Participate in

interview panels

and contribute to the growth of the team Promote high standards in code, testing, and documentation

Must-Have Skills:

7+ years

of total experience in software engineering

3+ years

of hands-on experience with

Ruby on Rails

Strong understanding of

JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Experience with

web services

and

RESTful APIs

Understanding of

JavaScript dependency management

and build tools Experience with

MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL

Proficient in using

Git / GitHub

for version control Excellent problem-solving and independent execution skills Strong team collaboration and communication abilities Comfortable in a

fast-paced, agile work environment

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
