Responsibilities

• Development of high-quality applications in small teams using agile methodology
  
• Deduce and document use cases from business requirements
  
• Design an entire application including database Structures and relationships, application workflows, application logic and integration interfaces via web services
  
• Own the quality of the delivered solution, performing required reviews and testing
  
• Understanding of development effort and estimations
  
• Ability to communicate progress to stakeholders
  
• Developing documentation needed, including user manuals, business processes, workflows, systems architecture, etc.

Requirements
To be successful in this job, you must have the following skills:

• Experience working with Ruby on Rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec
  
• Knowledge of design patterns in Rails
• Ability to write clean Ruby code
  
• Agile project methodology
  
• JIRA, or a similar ticketing system
  
• Git, or a similar code configuration system

In addition to the above, the following skills will be considered a bonus:

• AWS
  
• Experience with AngularJS or BackboneJS
  
• Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, RESTful, and ORM
  
• Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3
  
• Excellent communication skills in English
