We are looking for a skilled

Ruby on Rails Developer with 5+years experience

responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications.

Job Location :Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve Ruby on Rails applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Design and implement robust APIs and backend logic. Integrate front-end components with server-side logic. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to ensure optimal performance. Optimize application performance and refactor existing code when necessary. Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver new features. Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development standards. Implement data security, protection, and backup strategies. Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

Ruby on Rails framework

. Solid understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

concepts. Experience with

PostgreSQL / MySQL

or similar relational databases. Proficiency in building and consuming

RESTful APIs

. Familiarity with

front-end technologies

like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred). Experience with

Git/GitHub

or other version control systems. Knowledge of

RSpec / Minitest

for testing is a plus. Understanding of

server-side rendering, MVC architecture

, and application lifecycle.

Pay: ₹438,504.11 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
