Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Trim and finish rubber O-rings and molded components using scissors, knives, or trimming tools. Inspect parts visually to ensure dimensions, surface finish, and quality meet specifications. Remove excess rubber or flash from molded parts accurately. Operate basic trimming or de-flashing machines (manual or semi-automatic). Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trimming area. Count, pack, and label finished products as per production requirements. Report defects or quality issues to the supervisor immediately. Follow safety and quality control standards during all operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 8th /10th pass or ITI preferred. Experience in rubber or O-ring manufacturing industry preferred (0-2 years). Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Basic knowledge of quality checking and handling small components.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
