Job Description

Set up and operate compression moulding machines in accordance with specifications. Load raw materials into moulds and ensure proper alignment and placement. Monitor moulding process, machine temperatures, pressures, and cycle times. Remove finished products from moulds, inspect for defects, and trim excess material. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of moulds and machinery. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain accurate production records and report equipment issues or quality concerns. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Coordinate with quality control to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
