Education

:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Fin or similar

Must Have Skills:

RTR -Prepare and finalize regulatory and management reporting. Close books and consolidate financial results, Manage accounting system, Intercompany accounting, Record transactions - journals

Good-to-Have Skills:

Language: English, knowledge of other language shall be an added advantage
Experience: 4-6 years in RTR function with good accounting and analytical skills
ERP platform: Experience of working on SAP, IFS (preferable)
Tools: Blackline, OneStream, Tableau working knowledge will be preferable

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

Customer expectation management (Delivery counterpart within the client organization) Handle day-to-day deliverables, manage process level volumes within SLAs Ensure quality of deliverables meeting Customer KPIs defined for the project Delivering continuous improvement initiatives in individual area
