Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the database of all sold and registered used vehicles. Coordinate and complete the process of vehicle registration and ownership transfer. Handle all documentation and liaison work with the RTO office. Ensure timely issuance of Registration Certificates (RC), Fitness Certificates, and other legal documents. Process and manage road tax payments and refunds, if applicable. Monitor and manage vehicle insurance documentation and renewals. Handle permit-related activities for transport vehicles (if applicable). Ensure emission testing is completed and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates are issued. Keep records updated as per RTO and bank (PDD) requirements. Stay informed about and implement changes in RTO rules and regulations. Regularly follow up with banks, customers, and authorities for pending documentation.
Skills Required:

Strong hands-on knowledge of RTO-related procedures, especially for used car transactions. Experience in handling vehicle registration, insurance, and RTO documentation. Proficient in maintaining organized records and tracking timely updates. Familiarity with bank PDD (Post Disbursement Document) updates and coordination. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with customers and government offices. Smart, reliable, and responsible personality with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
