Job Role / Title: Operations Manager- RTO Process

About Role:

The purpose of the job is to lead the business of RTO generated through clients on the sale &

finance of USED COMMERCIAL VEHICLE LOANS across Pan India through our existing clients,

by developing strategic business framework for volume growth, developing new market and

customer segment resulting into sustainable and profitable growth

Business delivery & growth

? Deliver top line through all channels - Corporate Clients, Retails Clients, and Dealers/

Sub Dealers, Online and Digital Partners

? Drive team for critical revenue parameters: ROI, of RTO Services

? Propose and execute various strategies for higher market penetration / faster

portfolio build up and managed efficient delivery capabilities across pan India

through variable expenditure model.

? Supervising complete business operations including profitability, forecasting monthly

/ quarterly sales, operations, Clients Relationship, targets, & their execution.

? Look for opportunities to enhance revenue streams - cross sell, identifying new

sources of business services.

Channel Management & Operations

? Ensure identifying channel partners through different sources in the most costeffective

manner,to control the over heads and

? Ensure delivery of region wise completion of the RTO process as per the clients

requirement as per the guidelines laid down by the Regional Transport office across

Pan India.

? Leveraging on Marketing / Product support through optimum delivery across

business for enhancing business penetration

? Chalk out plans for foraying into new areas / locations / markets / branches

People Development

? Creating and driving Operations teams towards the goal. Draw up plans for

recruitment of work force according to the Goal and vision of the business.

? Plan specialized training programs on regular basis to ensure team is updated on

product/policy and most importantly on the regular updates from the client

requirement

? Provide developmental feedback to all direct reports

? Ensuring minimum attrition in the team with constant engagement & feedback &

ensure skills development through regular trainings.

Qualfications and Experience Requirement

Qualification

? Graduate/ MBA

Experience

? Overall 5 - 7 years established experience in handling operations of

RTO process, channels and managing teams with at least 2 - 3 years

in team handling positions in a similar profile

Requirements

Knowledge

? Understanding of RTO Policy and process for HP, RC Transfer etc.

Strategic, Analytical, Good writing Skills.

? Mandatory prior experience of RTO process/ product role

? Good understanding of the Financial Services/ Banking.

? Able to work on CRM and Tracking & Logins Online Vaahan Portal.

Language

Proficiency

? Fluent in English and local languages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
