Lumosique Consumer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented
RTO Executive
to manage and reduce Return to Origin cases across eCommerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing RTO reasons, coordinating with logistics partners, and improving delivery success rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage
RTO orders
on eCommerce platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.)
Analyze RTO reasons and prepare daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with
logistics and courier partners
for RTO resolution
Follow up with customers to reduce future RTOs
Update order status and maintain accurate records
Work closely with customer support and operations teams
Suggest process improvements to reduce RTO percentage
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in
RTO / eCommerce operations
Good understanding of
order fulfillment and logistics process
Strong data handling and reporting skills
Basic knowledge of
Shopify / eCommerce dashboards
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
