Scan and maintain sales and purchase documents.
Submit vehicle transfer papers to RTO agents.
Pay applicable RTO transfer taxes.
Share transfer receipts with customers promptly.
Coordinate daily with RTO agents for transfer status updates.
Maintain system records of RTO transfers and sales/purchase documents.
Collaborate with Sales Managers for smooth documentation and updates.
Key Skills:
Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation & RTO procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and document management.
Attention to detail and organizational ability.
