POSITION OVERVIEW : RTMS Helix Administrator - Key position to support the configuration issues is - for all the customers and also this team onboard new accounts into RTMS Helix.
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Makes configuration changes as necessary and make administrative changes to include but not limited to updates to foundations data, roles and permissions. Onboarding New Customers to BMC Helix
