Should be well versed in Applicatiton Lifecycle Management (ALM), Product lifecycle Management (PLM) and IT Operations
Should work closely with IT department teams and automation tools users and make the tools to work together
Should have deep knowledge on Open services and frameworks for Lifecycle tool integrations
Should have good command over RESTful services, and make resources accessible to multiple tools via a URL
Experienced in software development kits with implementation, extensions, and testing integrations
Write Test plan and Test cases for OSLC integrations and produce test reports
Good experience in developing and implementation of web applications
Expertise in build, debug and release on Eclipse platform
Perform scalability and reliability checks, and performance testing of the adapter plugins

Well versed in Software and Systems Engineering concepts
Development experience in Java, JavaScript and J2EE
Understanding of IBM Jazz platform, its open services and internet architecture
Working experience on Eclipse SDK platform
Should have worked on atleast one version control system ? SVN / IBM RTC / GIT / EGIT
Knowledge on SOA and WSDL is an added advantage
Good understanding in OSLC integrations and should have done atleast one complete integration
Should have worked on atleast one of the Web servers ? Apache Tomcat / WAS / IIS
