Job Title: R&T (Registrar & Transfer) Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive R&T Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for handling Demat and related operational activities in compliance with SEBI regulations,

ensuring smooth communication with clients, depositories, and issuers.

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle Dematerialization (Demat) and Rematerialization (Remat) requests in compliance with

SEBI and internal guidelines.

? Address and resolve client queries related to issuer services, securities admission, and R&T

operations.

? Perform daily reconciliations of securities and depository balances.

? Prepare and circulate weekly Beneficiary Position (Benpos) reports to clients and internal

stakeholders.

? Maintain and update accurate operational records and transaction logs.

? Liaise with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for processing corporate actions, Demat-related activities,

and report generation.

? Send timely emails to clients and follow up to ensure effective query resolution and support.

? Assist in audits and compliance checks related to R&T operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
