Job Description

Location: Hyderabad and Surat location

Key responsibilities include:



Monitoring overall R&TA operations and customer service team, Review of various SLAs and verification of adherence to defined SLA

Monitoring of various regulatory changes from time to time and liasoning with RTA and other stakeholders for implementation within timeline

Provide requirement of any system change, review and confirmation for BRD and perform UAT to make it live

Preparing, verification and timely submission of various MIS as required by regulators and management time to time

Timely and accurate processing of Brokerage by R&TA

Ensure all functionality including forms on website and static information pertaining to R&TA is updated timely and accurately

Monitoring role of sub-ordinates and work as backup when they are on leave

Assessing risk and work on mitigating controls with process task linkage with controls

Sharing industry best practices, innovations and inputs for improvements

Keeping various process and manuals updated and timely review

Location : Mumbai or Surat or Hyderabad



Minimum Experience: 7 to 10 years
