Responsibilities: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DELIVERABLES

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize secondary logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and timely distribution of cement products
• Oversee the management of multiple warehouses, including inventory control, space utilization, and adherence to safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline transportation processes, monitor carrier performance, and negotiate favorable contracts
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive operational efficiency and excellence
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance supply chain effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and Adani's sustainability initiatives within the logistics operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of innovative technologies and best practices to elevate the overall logistics capabilities.

Qualifications:
Qualification Essential: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field / Any Graduate
Experience * 2-7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the Cement industry. Demonstrated expertise in supply chain optimization, warehouse management, and transportation
