About the Role:
Kalaji Masale, a leading name under the Group of JK, is looking for a highly experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager (East Zone) to lead and expand our business operations across Eastern India.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional from the Spices or FMCG sector, capable of driving growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Lead and mentor the regional sales team for enhanced performance and productivity.
Build and strengthen distributor and retailer networks across the East Zone.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth business execution.
Conduct regular market visits, trade reviews, and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company standards, reporting, and operational guidelines.
Desired Profile:
Education: Graduate (Any discipline) / Postgraduate or MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years in FMCG or Spices sales, with at least 5 years in a senior/regional management role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent understanding of Eastern regional markets and trade channels.
Must be willing to travel extensively.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Salary:
?80,000 (Net Take Home) per month
Other Allowances: As per company norms
Reporting Location: Burrabazar, Howrah
Territory: Entire East Zone
