Achieve regional sales targets, drive growth, and manage profitability for wound care products
Product Promotion:
Aggressively promote wound care products (e.g., advanced dressings, negative pressure wound therapy devices, bioengineered skin substitutes) to surgeons, and other key healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, Distributors, and nursing homes. surgeons and purchasing departments

Clinical Support & Education:
Provide clinical training and support to customers, often by attending surgeries or conducting product presentations and workshops to demonstrate product usage & maintain deep knowledge of wound care products,
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion. Develop and execute territory plans, analyse sales data, and use CRM tools for effective account management. Provide product training, support, and clinical education to healthcare professionals.
Distribution Management:
Manage the distribution network and ensure timely deliveries to customers. to ensure smooth inventory supply, `timely deliveries, and collections from stockists.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain a live customer database and adhere to reporting systems.
Market Expansion:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities in hospitals, specialized wound care centres, clinics, and home healthcare channels.
Product Promotion:
Conducting clinical workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper use of advanced wound care products negative pressure wound therapy devices. Proven Sales persons preferably experience in Medical Devices/ Surgical, Pharma, ideally within Diabetic Wound Care, NPWT, DVT, Warmer Industry.
Strong knowledge of advanced wound care products and technologies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Bsc /Msc /Sciences, Pharma, Biomedical, or related field.
5 -10 years of experience in Wound care/ Medical device sales.
Proven experience with hospital sales and B2B/B2C healthcare clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Advanced Wound Care product knowledge, disease knowledge, and therapy awareness.

Salary Range:
(based on experience & profile)
