Job Description

Job Location: Gurgaon, IndiaSalary: INR 12L - 18L PA + Sales CommissionJob Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and establishing client relationships to optimize the strategic RPO sales and growth plan.
  • Drive revenue by soliciting and winning new RPO business and expanding to capture unrealized revenue opportunities with our existing clients.
  • Develops and executes an outbound prospecting plan to targeted companies
  • Manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously
  • Creates short- and long-term action plans that support client strategies and organizational culture
Manage long sales cycles requiring strategic follow-up with prospects to maintain ongoing relationships
  • Assess client's business needs, vision, and goals; aligns the RPO talent acquisition solutions with the client's business direction
  • Interpret client requirements and articulate optimal and comprehensive solution recommendations, to meet client-specific objectives.
  • Assist with, and lead as directed, sales related activities to include virtual and in-person client presentations, proposal development and follow-up.
  • Develop & maintains Revenue Plan
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business or other related major
  • 10+ years of overall Sales / Business Development Management of RPO/BPO / Consulting experience is required.
  • Strong commercial skill-set with a demonstrated track record of performance in consultative selling.
  • Must have a strong B2B Sales experience.
  • Must have hands on experience in P & L management.
  • Understanding of RPO requirements in specific market segments, including Retail, Travel, Banks, Financial Services and Government.
  • Strong skills in the areas of business turnaround, value creation, customer management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
