Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing candidates across levels and functions, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
Source candidates using a variety of channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on hiring progress
Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus hiring drives
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations
Deliver a positive candidate experience and build long-term candidate relationships
Required Skills:
Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Hands-on experience with ATS or recruitment software (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit, Workday, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience recruiting for [insert industry or function, e.g., IT, Non-IT, Sales, Operations]
Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interview techniques
