About Retail Portfolio Management Group
The Retail Portfolio Management Group department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank
About the Role
The role of the Skip Tracing unit is expected to connect with customers with support of the data mining through various channels
Key Responsibilities

• Bank will have captive collection center, to ensure data privacy & data insecurity.
• Identified customers will be mapped to the center basis severity of risk, sensitivity of the customer and overall relationship value.
• The person required to deliver efficiency from the allocated pool through the mapped calling agents.
• Calling agents will have mix of employees as well as outsourced agents.
• The Centre should build edge in terms of cost of benefit over conventional channels.
• Enhancing resolution efficiency and P&L of the unit

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in NBFC/ Banking industry

• Excellent vendor management skills.
