Experience: 2 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases to ensure software functionality, reliability, and

adherence to business requirements.


Design and implement manual testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage across functional,

regression, and integration testing scenarios.


Work closely with developers, BAs, and RPA teams to understand business requirements, PDDs, and

workflows, and provide feedback on test scenarios and process validations.


Identify, document, and track software defects using tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.


Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on a test case written by peers.


Maintain and refine manual test scenarios to improve efficiency and coverage.


Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.


Perform manual testing when necessary to ensure thorough coverage of all test scenarios.


Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide insights into the quality of the software.


Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


RPA QA experience is required clear understanding of PDD (Process Design Document), SDD (Solution

Design Document), and the overall RPA project lifecycle.


Minimum of 3 years of manual testing experience, preferably in projects related to the Banking domain.


Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or in a similar role focused on software testing.


Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.


Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.


Experience in executing and managing test cases using manual testing techniques and test

management tools.


Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.


Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues and bugs.


Good communication and teamwork skills.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.


Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries for database testing.


Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with web application

testing.


Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
