Experience: 2 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities

? Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases to ensure software functionality, reliability, and

adherence to business requirements.

? Design and implement manual testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage across functional,

regression, and integration testing scenarios.

? Work closely with developers, BAs, and RPA teams to understand business requirements, PDDs, and

workflows, and provide feedback on test scenarios and process validations.

? Identify, document, and track software defects using tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

? Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on a test case written by peers.

? Maintain and refine manual test scenarios to improve efficiency and coverage.

? Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.

? Perform manual testing when necessary to ensure thorough coverage of all test scenarios.

? Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide insights into the quality of the software.

? Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

? RPA QA experience is required clear understanding of PDD (Process Design Document), SDD (Solution

Design Document), and the overall RPA project lifecycle.

? Minimum of 3 years of manual testing experience, preferably in projects related to the Banking domain.

? Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or in a similar role focused on software testing.

? Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.

? Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.

? Experience in executing and managing test cases using manual testing techniques and test

management tools.

? Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

? Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.

? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues and bugs.

? Good communication and teamwork skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

? Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

? Knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries for database testing.

? Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with web application

testing.

? Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
