Analyze client requirements and design RPA solutions to meet identified business needs  
Design develop and implement end to end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator  
Configure UiPath workflows using efficient well structured and maintainable practices  
Utilize UiPath Data Service to model and manage persistent business data across automation projects  
Build intuitive user friendly apps using UiPath Apps for enhanced user interaction  
Implement intelligent automation by integrating machine learning models through UiPath AI Center  
Design and maintain document processing workflows using UiPath Document Understanding  
Develop and consume API services REST SOAP to integrate UiPath bots with third party systems  
Collaborate with stakeholders BAs and QA to align automation solutions with business objectives  
Participate in daily stand ups and client meetings work flexibly to align with onshore business hours  
Use GitHub or other version control systems to manage and maintain code repositories  
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure business continuity  
Prepare documentation for solution design test plans UAT scenarios and deployment steps  
Support operational teams during UAT and production rollout phases  
Maintain awareness of automation best practices and contribute to process improvement  
Possess basic knowledge of Blue Prism to assist in multi platform environments and support transitions where necessary

Troubleshoot and resolve Level 3 support tickets including bot failures exceptions and performance issues  
Work closely with L1 L2 support teams to triage and escalate issues appropriately  
Perform bot health checks log analysis and implement preventive maintenance tasks  
Participate in daily status meetings incident reviews and client stand ups  
Flexibly work during onshore business hours for effective communication and issue resolution  
Make minor updates to UiPath workflows as per change requests or fix requirements  
Maintain and update documentation for support processes and known issue repositories  
Use GitHub or version control tools to manage support related changes and ensure traceability  
Collaborate with development teams to transition new automations into stable production support  
Ensure SLAs and response resolution times are consistently met  
Coordinate bot redeployments reprocessing of transactions and schedule adjustments when needed  
Apply best practices for bot recovery resiliency and exception handling  
Provide feedback and suggest improvements for automation resilience and supportability  
Basic understanding of Blue Prism or other RPA tools is a plus for hybrid environments
