About the Role:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team as

Trainees, Associates, or Developers

. This is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who want to build or grow their career in automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, or other automation tools. Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. Support testing, documentation, and maintenance of automation workflows. Continuously learn and apply new technologies in RPA, AI, and process optimization.

Qualifications & Experience :For RPA Trainee / Fresher / Associate:

Any Degree

(B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, M.Sc, MCA, or equivalent). Basic knowledge of programming languages such as

C#, Python, or .NET

. Familiarity with

UiPath

or

Microsoft Power Automate

tools.

UiPath / RPA Certification

or

Power Automate knowledge

is an advantage. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and eagerness to learn automation tools.

For RPA Developer (Experienced):

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

in RPA development. Proven expertise with

UiPath

,

Power Automate

, or other RPA platforms.

UiPath Certification (Advanced Developer or equivalent)

is

mandatory

. Strong understanding of software development principles and automation best practices. Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end automation solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience integrating RPA with databases, APIs, or web applications. Exposure to workflow design, process analysis, and optimization. Good communication and teamwork skills.
