This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Digital Technical Engineer in

Bangalore

with Signify.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements. Build secure, scalable, and compliant workflows following best practices and governance standards. Conduct PoCs, code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize bot performance. Maintain clear documentation (PDDs, SDDs) and ensure auditability. Stay updated on UiPath advancements and contribute to internal automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath. Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and familiarity with UiPath Apps and AI Center

or Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving RPA technologies is essential.

Solid programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, and SAP scripting. Experience working with SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and version control systems such as Git. UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Developer, Advanced RPA Developer) are highly desirable. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Good to have:

Experience with AI/ML, document understanding, or process mining. Exposure to cloud automation (UiPath Cloud, Azure, AWS). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices. Domain experience in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Consumer, or Customer Service.
