We are looking for a passionate Learner and Problem Solver to join our automation team. This is not just a coding role; it is an R&D role. We want someone eager to try new things, dive deep into advanced UiPath features (like Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center), and seamlessly integrate them with the PropTech ERP like Yardi, MRI , Procore and Microsoft Power Platform.

Requirements
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Innovate & Architect: Go beyond simple scripts. Design and deploy robust, scalable automation solutions using UiPath (REFramework, complex state machines) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- R&D & Experimentation: Actively research emerging technologies (AI/ML, API integrations, low-code trends). If there's a new, better way to do it, we want you to find it, learn it, and build it.
- Solve Complex Problems: Collaborate with stakeholders to untangle messy requirements and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
- Be the Expert: Serve as a Technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) during client workshops. Advise clients not only on how to automate but also on what to automate for maximum impact.
- Troubleshoot & Optimize: Troubleshoot issues with a detective's mindset and constantly look for ways to optimize existing bots for speed and reliability.
- Share Knowledge: Document your creative solutions and technical specs clearly, helping the wider team learn from your discoveries.
What You Bring to the Table:
-The "Learner" Mindset: You are self-driven and constantly upskilling. You don't wait to be told to learn a new tool; you've probably already watched a tutorial on it.
-Advanced UiPath Skills: 2-4 years of hands-on experience. You are comfortable with REFramework, Queues, Orchestrator, and API integrations. Bonus if you have dabbled in UiPath AI Center or Document Understanding.
-Power Platform Prowess: Practical experience building flows in Power Automate and apps in Power Apps.
-Technical Creativity: You enjoy finding "out of the box" solutions to tricky integration challenges.
-Communication: You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and professionally.
Education:
BCA/B.Sc (CS), B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), MCA, or M.Tech.
