Your Role
As an RPA Engineer (All Levels), you'll play a key role in building scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining automation workflows using industry-leading tools. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement robust, secure, and efficient solutions that integrate with existing systems and cloud platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop efficient solutions with a focus on scalability and reusability based on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies
Gather business requirements and design future automation solutions
Develop detailed, structured, transparent, and complete deliverables (e.g. automation documentation, user manuals & instructions etc)
Support UATs execution and solution deployment in multiple environments
Support Operations after go-live, monitoring and measuring the solution effectiveness
Revise and improve codes of existing solutions based on feedback from Support teams and business - performing code optimization and identifying potential issues and defects and fixing the same
Setup an environment (software installation, installation of related technologies)
Work with structured project plans, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process
Participate in rotational on-call support as needed
What You'll Work OnAutomation design and development using UiPath and other RPA platforms
Integration with cloud-native services and enterprise systems
Application of GenAI, machine learning, and NLP models in automation workflows
CI/CD pipeline integration and DevOps practices
Monitoring and optimization of deployed automation solutions
What You BringBachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
2-7 years of experience developing RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, C#, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, or VB.NET
Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP and integrations with cloud-native services
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Preferred SkillsExperience working in healthcare or life sciences environments
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Epic systems, or other enterprise workflow platforms
Understanding of process optimization and automation best practices
Exposure to governance, compliance, and data security frameworks
