Role: Support RPA engineers Location: Chennai - Hybrid(3-4 days onsite in a week (Monday to Thursday)) Type: Fulltime About the Job: Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in RPA. Availability: Willingness to work 16x5 PST (Pacific Standard Time). Location: Must be able to work in-office in Chennai 3-4 days a week (Monday to Thursday). Technical Skills: More than 1 year of hands-on experience with UiPath. Good Knowledge in deployment in UiPath Orchestrator and Git versioning. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with coding, preferably in VB and .NET. Proactive Orchestrator Job monitoring and handling the Job faults. Expertise in ticketing and tracking the issues. Good understanding about UiPath Data Services. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the RPA development team for effective deployment and maintenance. Actively participate in production bug fixes and enhancements. Utilize logical thinking and coding skills to solve problems efficiently. Create and manage Jira tickets to streamline issue tracking and resolution. Monitoring/Reporting the license/Machines utilization. Making the consolidated report about the Bot metrics.
