Job Description

SCYO Decision Services, a leading provider of innovative solutions in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA) technologies with (RCM) .

Responsibilities:

To design, development, testing, and implementation of RPA solutions to automate business processes within the RCM domain. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and define project scopes. Architect RPA solutions that are scalable, efficient, and maintainable, adhering to best practices and standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the RPA team. Drive the adoption of RPA technologies across various departments and processes. Form and nurture a high-performing RPA team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Develop and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies and methodologies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

1 -3 years of experience in RPA development, with hands-on experience on UiPath

Proven track record of successfully delivering RPA projects within the RCM industry. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, including process automation, workflow automation, and cognitive automation. Leadership experience, with the ability to build and lead a team of RPA developers effectively. Good communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-solving attitude with a strong attention to detail.

Certifications in RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) is a plus
