Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled
RPA Developer
with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in
Automation Anywhere
to join our dynamic RPA team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, deployment and maintenance of RPA bots and will mentor junior developers. This role requires a solid understanding of RPA best practices, solution architecture and process automation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Automation Anywhere bots (Attended/Unattended).
Collaborate with process owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate automation.
Lead and mentor a team of junior RPA developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Integrate bots with third-party systems (APIs, databases, web services, etc.).
Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring solutions.
Provide support for bots in production - monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and user guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of experience in RPA development with at least
2+ years in Automation Anywhere (v11/A360)
.
Strong understanding of RPA architecture, bot lifecycle, and deployment strategies.
Experience with Control Room operations, versioning, and bot migration.
Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (VBScript, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
Strong knowledge of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries.
Experience in automating web-based, desktop, and legacy applications.
Good understanding of security, encryption, and credential vaults in Automation Anywhere.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Automation Anywhere (Advanced RPA Professional or Master RPA Professional).
Experience with other RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration, OCR (e.g., ABBYY, IQ Bot), or document processing.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for RPA is an advantage.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
