About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

Blue Prism

automation development, process optimization, and strong technical problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with business and IT teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy across operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA development. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and best practices. Proficiency in Blue Prism components: Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, and Work Queues. Good knowledge of OCR and document understanding Experience with exception handling, logging, and debugging in Blue Prism. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and web services integration. Banking domain knowledge is an added advantage Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Blue Prism Developer Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions. Collaborate with business units to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows. Maintain and support existing Blue Prism processes and resolve any production issues. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, and security. Monitor and optimize bot performance and resource utilization. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes. Work with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure proper bot deployment and scheduling.
